Rob Decae, MSc, is specialized in data processing, data analysis, ETL processes and model building. His aim is to improve police registration of road accidents by combining police and hospital data and by means of techniques like web-scraping, text mining and machine learning.
Rob graduated in Tropical plant cultivation and Plant physiology at the Agricultural University of Wageningen. Before joining SWOV, he carried out research in the field of justice, climate, earth observation, biology and health care both at home and abroad.
