International Cycling Safety Conference 2019

Event date:
18 Nov 2019

The 8th International Cycling Safety Conference (ICSC2019) will take place in Brisbane, Australia, from 18 to 20 November 2019. The conference is a forum for researchers and experts in the field of cycling safety to present new research, challenges or safety solutions. It will facilitate discussion amongst those working in the areas of behavioural science, public health, engineering, psychology, urban design and future technologies.

Holding the ICSC in the Australasia for the first time will provide a wonderful opportunity to increase the global reach of the conference through the involvement of delegates and keynote speakers from some of the world’s most populous cycling nations. In addition, Brisbane’s climate, accessibility and safety offers the ideal host location, complemented by exceptional meeting facilities at the riverside campus of Queensland University of Technology.
