International Road
The IRTAD is an initiative (1988) of the Organisation for Economic Coordination and Development OECD and contains data on traffic and road accidents of 28 of the 30 OECD-countries.
IRTAD is maintained by OECD/ECMT. Before 2006 maintenance was done by Bundesanstalt für Strassenwesen BASt.
The data is usually supplied by the national road safety research institutes.
