Supervisory board
The Supervisory Board determines the SWOV strategy concerning the research topics, its position in relation with the government and with other institutes, and the forms of cooperation. The Supervisory Board decides on the following: the budget, financial reports, subsidy application, financial long-term plans, annual reports. The Supervisory Board meets four times per year.
The Supervisory Board is formed by:

- H.S.H. Mooren (VNO-NCW West)
- H.J. van der Steenhoven (nominated by the Employees council)
- G. van Woerkom (Royal Dutch Tourist Club ANWB)
